I went on Tuesday Jan 6 to get my cat neutered/spayed. They offered additional services that included trimming the nails. My cat comes back to me what seemed to be fine but is limping on one of his back paws. One of his toenails is completely gone leaving a hole and swollen leg. I do not recommend any other extra services from them other than what you go there for. I will be filing some sort of complaint because my cat is in pain for an uncalled for removal of his nail when all that was asked for was a trim. However the proc... read more
Very professional,clean & friendly they were always cleaning so place looked bright and open and inviting. There was about a 30min wait even with an appointment.
I usually go to the Roosevelt Blvd clinic but this was just as exceptional aside from the quality of surrounding area. Technicians were top notch with communication and timeliness of services. I would really like to mention Luis from the call center for this industry for handling a very urgent situation I had. He went above and beyond to ensure myself and my pets were taken care of during a very stressful situation. Every workplace deserves employees like Luis, he was one of a kind.
