I have been trying to get a new b-pap machine for a week and 1/2 if you use a c-pap you understand the importance of going without a machine. First my referral was sent to the wrong medical equipment company then after 4 calls finally was told the referral was sent to the correct company but still not sent?! I dont understand why? They were to call when the referral was resent from Elizabeth NO CALL? My Guardian Angel ! From the 1st time I met her, I felt a connection. I maybe “Old School”, but over the years most important People/Professionals your Health Providers.
