Dr. Bassali has done a couple of root canals for me. He was great. Explained everything that needed doing, sensitive to my concerns, friendly staff.

I paid for a root canal and never did they inform me that they weren’t going to provide the permanent tooth and left my daughter with a temporary for months. Terrible communication.
