We love Emack and Bolios...not only is their ice cream and cakes fantastic but for a small ice cream shop they have the most amazing customer service! I had a recent experience where a shop item was sold out, my daughter was so upset, but they called me months later to let me know the item had once again arrived and was in stock and held it for us. Sometimes it's the little things but because of that they are my #1 place to get ice cream and small fun gifts for birthdays and holidays!
I stopped Saturday night November 4 around 7:30 with a friend. First time! Wow, we just loved the place! The staff was wonderful and informative. One employee took the time to tell us the interesting history. I told him that the building was A flower shop for many years. We had know idea they had live music. The singers Emerald Dawn where awesome! The place filled up! We ended up staying two and a half hours. First ice cream then coffee. What great entertainment! And a great surprise! Thank you!
