Customer service was awful. $50 for my daughters Birthday cake. Order was put in online: name was spelled wrong, we asked for it to be fixed, came back spelled WRONG AGAIN! Second time back spelled right, but beyond sloppy, LOOKED awful. I asked to have it cleaned up, response, I guess.... for $50 I would like we would be treated with more respect.
