EMA was retained by us to do inspection of residential home to assess potential damages due a fallen tree. Dr. Ali's report was detailed, well-written, and contained explanations of how to interpret and evaluate various damages with photos showing the precise measurements of structural damages. Dr. Ali was personable and responded to our request quickly which was important as we were responding to a report by a potential buyer of our home and were under a deadline.
