이곳 운동센타 강추 합니다. 개인적인 체력 관리 하기엔 아주 적격입니다. 저는 암과 투병하면서 운동을 시작 했는데 지금은 전보다 훨씬 건강 해 졌습니다. 트레이너선생님들이 엄청 친절 하시고 실력은 말 할 것도 없고 개개인의 장단점을 잘 파악하셔서 관리 해 주십니다. 나는 또 호흡기질환자 인데 유산소 운동과 근력운동을 주로 해 주셔서 지금은 거의 좋아졌습니다. 덤으로 선생님들 대단한 미인들 이십니다.
Excellent personal training and client care!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help with chronic pain or just wants to stay fit and healthy.
Elin and Minhee are experts in what they do. Not only is everything tailored to my needs, the two work together to assist me with reaching my goals. They are always friendly, motivating and passionate about what they do. Will continue to use their services and recommend them to my friends moving forward.
Highly recommend E&M in supporting in you with getting back on track with your fitness and health goals. All of the trainers are so supportive, knowledgeable and friendly! Their remedial massage was excellent in relieving all of my tense muscles as well!
