This was my first time at EM Salon & Spa and I have to say I am impressed. First...the space is beautiful and relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I have very short and straight hair that is difficult to cut. I have tried several salons in Salem and I was having trouble finding one that I was comfortable with. Mel Bruce cut my hair and now I am rocking a super cute pixie! I walked out of that salon so happy. She really listened to me...so I have now found the perfect salon and stylist.

Lindsey Botta is fantastic. She's great at coloring hair. She cuts my very fine hair to make the best of it. I love that even if I don't know what I want, "I just want a change!", Lindsey comes up with something that I love. Plus, she's the sweetest person ever.
Love EM Salon and Spa...Lindsey Botta is the best! She made my first time at the salon so welcoming and comfortable. I love the atmosphere and so happy with my hair! It is so soft and shiny. Wish I would have taken a before and after because it looks like a new head of hair. Thank you!!
