I arrived Ed without an appointment, but everyone helped me as soon as they were able to. Miss Julie was super patient& helpful. It was a very positive experience.
Anna, who helps with the glass fittings, ordering and initial tests before the exam is awesome. She has been doing this work for a long time and you can tell how much pride she takes in her work and how kind and patient she is. All the women who work in the glass shop are great to everyone who comes in.
