The owner and cook's name is Lek. Born and raised in Thailand her family (12 brothers and sisters) are all in the restaurant business in Thailand. Lek was working at her families restaurant before school when she was just 5 yrs old. 35 yrs later she is here in the USA and has taken over her sister restaurant. I have been a patron for over 15 years both under the stewardship of Em-On and now under the management of her sister. The food quality and variety has increased with each successive year and now they have Thai donuts! If Cinnamon pork was offered on the menu, I would likely never eat anywhere else.
