The owner and cook's name is Lek. Born and raised in Thailand her family (12 brothers and sisters) are all in the restaurant business in Thailand. Lek was working at her families restaurant before school when she was just 5 yrs old. 35 yrs later she is here in the USA and has taken over her sister restaurant. Excellent food. My brother and I love going here. Our mother & my husband don't like Thai but we love it. Pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff, CLEAN, beautiful restaurant. The dinner for two is a great deal. Get the hot green tea you won't be sorry.
I've been a regular since starting a job down here three years ago. Their curry is the best on the planet, bar none! Panang all day long!

I've traveled around the country and when I go to eat Thai food I always order Drunken Noodles up until now I've had the best I found in Portland Maine. When I walk in the owner Lek welcome to me like I was family. There were four of us in the party and service was terrific and I have now found the best place in my opinion to have Drunken Noodles. The red curry was out of this world. It was so good that I went back again today.
Delicious food!! The best Thai we've had. We will definitely be back.
