I came in for a simple French gel manicure and was really disappointed with both the quality and the service. By the very next day—after nothing more than a normal shower—the gel was already lifting, chipping, and even coming off from the sides of multiple nails. I returned the next day to have it fixed, which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. Great experience, very clean & they spoil you with service
I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. From my perspective, the customer service toward women of color has been extremely poor. Every girl of color I personally know who has gone there has had a negative experience, and unfortunately mine was no different. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and made the environment feel very unwelcoming. Customer service should be respectful and professional to everyone, regardless of race or background. I'm not that picky when it comes to nails, usually very easy to please, but shocked that this salon has such a high rating. Wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi at the start of my work trip but mani was so bad I didnt do the pedicure. Nail polish was really old and gloopy, it looks uneven and has bubbles under it, ridges by the cuticles and gaps around the edges. My nail tech was very patient. She took the time to show me the designs and make sure that I was satisfied. My nails turned out really good. I had the gel x with reflective nail polish.
