They’re incredible, if above and beyond had a picture in the dictionary, it would be a picture of them! Every few months there’s maintenance done where we live (it’s a military housing neighborhood) and we have lived here for close to 5 years. Every single company they send is a nightmare. My hypothesis is that they know the tenants aren’t the paying customers, so they’re super unprofessional. I have so many stories!!! I asked EM electrical (Eric) to do the work on a small home renovation. Throughout the process, I felt that I was a valued customer by receiving good and timely communication. When it came time for the work, Randy came on time and ready to go. After a quick conversation to plan the work, he got right to it. I peeked in on the work a couple times, and could see by Randy's pace and the progress that he was working diligently and efficiently. I'm very happy with the result and would definitely recommend EM electrical.

Prompt response with excellent service. Contracted to install 240/50 receptacle in garage for electric vehicle charging. Randy arrived with all equipment and materials required for the job but used as much existing material to minimize cost. A very neat installation and he cleaned the area when he was done. Highly recommend this firm.
