They’re incredible, if above and beyond had a picture in the dictionary, it would be a picture of them! Every few months there’s maintenance done where we live (it’s a military housing neighborhood) and we have lived here for close to 5 years. Every single company they send is a nightmare. My hypothesis is that they know the tenants aren’t the paying customers, so they’re super unprofessional. I have so many stories!!! These things are often scheduled when my husband is away for months on end. I have to sometimes miss work a... read more

I asked EM electrical (Eric) to do the work on a small home renovation. Throughout the process, I felt that I was a valued customer by receiving good and timely communication. When it came time for the work, Randy came on time and ready to go. After a quick conversation to plan the work, he got right to it. I peeked in on the work a couple times, and could see by Randy's pace and the progress that he was working diligently and efficiently. I'm very happy with the result and would definitely recommend EM electrical.
