Dr. Elzawahry is a good man and doctor. I was a patient for over 23 years. The last 8 or more have become so horrible I had to flee. His staff is so inept. Trying to get simple things done is near impossible with them. I have been told that if a prior authorization is needed, for medication prescribed by that office, it is a courtesy they provide. Really? Is that the same at every other doctor's office?

don't recommend. Complete disrespect for people's time. Had a tele-appt at 0945 this morning, 11-19-2020, waited for 30 mins. Finally we called THEM to see how much longer the wait was. Was told the dr was on call and was in the hospital & could be anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours waiting time. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL US TO TELL US THIS. When we asked to reschedule, were told the first available appt is A MONTH from now. That is completely unacceptable. We asked if we could just do a phonecall instead at an earlier time. The Doc helped my son when no one else would great Doctors. Wouldn't go to no one else.

Dr. Elzawahry is the most caring and trusted doctor I have ever met. He really knows what he is doing and I would recommended to anyone who have nerve and spine problems. Although you will need to get a referral from you family doctor for appointment

I didn’t have a visit. I have many symptoms associated with narcolepsy, which my father had. I can’t stay awake and having to live like this is becoming more than I want to bare. My dr referred my to the Brain and Spine center and they wouldn’t even see me. I guess unless your in need of pain pills your condition doesn’t matter to them. Thanks for nothing!
