The project has been delayed quite a bit and haven't received any updates on the progress from AVID customer service since Feb this year with same update as last few years that infrastructure needs to be built. Is the developer serious about handing over the titles to the lots or not? Has anyone else got any further insight?
My experience with Michael was outstanding... his acknowledge and experience is at the highest level and his availability was without question, the best I have seen so far and Elyssia Estate is lucky to have such an dedicated employee who made my decision to purchase a property in the Elyssia Estate.....his intelligence is beyond what I have ever seen...I definitely recommend Michael, he is one of the best in the business.
