Horrible. My wife got me a ring from this company. Turns out to not be what it looks like in the picture, and it was too small. So we email customer service and they say to send it back, and we will be refunded in 12 business days max. It has now been a month and we will now be heading to our bank to submit a fraud claim.

I ordered the ready to ship in 24 hour version of the 7mm NYX ring. The only finish option they had at the time was matte. I ordered the ring and about 3 days later it showed up. I opened the package to find that the ring was an 8mm polished model, different from what I ordered. I chatted with Elysium support, they said they made a mistake.
