Great rings
I ordered a ring for my partner. I thought this ring would be long lasting and good quality. However, after the first day of wearing the ring, my partner already noticed scratches on the band. A few weeks later, and now the diamond has scuff marks and is pushed down and recessed into the ring. My partner noticed glue marks. This has been such a frustrating experience. I could have picked anywhere, and it had to be this fake ring.
Elysium were very helpful. I ordered the ring and the sizers were sent out straight away. This made getting the right size very easy. I contacted them to see if I could change my order style from KRATOS to NYX and from matte to gloss and they were very happy to help with this issue. Once the ring turned up, the fit was perfect. Horrible. My wife got me a ring from this company. Turns out to not be what it looks like in the picture, and it was too small. So we email customer service and they say to send it back, and we will be refunded in 12 business days max. It has now been a month and we will now be heading to our bank to submit a fraud claim.
