I have been there, and I observed that they do not sanitize their pedicure tools; at least, I did not see any procedure or process for cleaning them. The place lacked any indication of proper sanitation or thorough cleaning protocols.

It was my prom night. I had gotten my nails done by another tech in Tucson before the dance. After getting home, I broke my pinky nail — just one nail, but for a teenage girl on prom night, that felt like a huge deal. I came to this salon hoping they could help fix it and save the night. Best in town! They are very clean, relaxing, and do a thorough job! Well worth the price. My nail Tech (Jenny) Is very gentle, does amazing with cuticle care, and paints the nails perfectly! I will continue to come here :)

We had been going to this nail spa for a while. We had issues with Flower, the owner, not doing a good job on my husband's nails. But I was happy with Jenny doing my dip nails. I made an appointment for my husband to get a mani-pedi with Jenny. But Jenny was rude and told him to 'shut up' when he said she needed to trim his nails. I called and they said she didn't say that. We won't be going to this salon again.
