Had a great experience at Elysian Salon Spa yesterday! I walked in without an appointment and was warmly welcomed and easily accommodated. Kyle was lovely and even gave me a relaxing neck massage with Aveda oil—such a nice touch. Zoe did my haircut and she was amazing—friendly, attentive, and really understood what I wanted. She also suggested a style that suits me and gave helpful tips on how to maintain my hair at home. Super happy with the result and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, my mother called and made a booking and had a emergency and couldn’t cancel the booking, The “Manager” Mary left a unprofessional voicemail having a go at my mum for not being able to cancel due to a emergency, my mother has dementia and felt threatened and unsafe by her voicemail I called up and asked about the voicemail and Mary the “Manager” started having go at me saying how her mother also has dementia.
