Update: I am revising this one star to 5 as Jose has now apologized for the ongoing issues and also resolved the internet issues beyond what was asked. The apartments are beautiful. The property is great, but these are the absolute most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t return calls. They will call you to let you know that someone needs to enter your apartment while you aren’t there for a potential gas leak, but then when you call back, they never answer and when you leave a message asking them to update yo... read more
