I just recently moved in. I submitted a maintenance request to fix my towel rack and garbage disposal. The maintenance personal was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the items in a timely manner. He asked me to operate the disposal that he repaired to ensure I was happy with the outcome. The manager (Susana) is a delight to deal with as well. Very responsive and seems to truly care about her tenants. I'm loving it here.

Great place and grate environment to stay at ! Love the views and the hospitality. I’ve dealt with Suzana many times and she’s really helpful and always so approachable which is hard to find these days . Thank you to her !
This place is awful. If you value sleep and safety I wouldn't live here. This apartment complex is very loud at night and there have been instances of cars getting broken into at night in the parking garage. There are much better places to live that offer cheaper rent.
