This place is awesome! It’s so clean and new, you can tell it’s better than average.
The apartment complex recently changed ownership. With the change in ownership, there was a change in management and staff to assist residents with common questions and concerns. During the change in ownership, I had billing problems. My automatic payment did not seamlessly switch over. So, I walked into the lobby and Zack Del Monte immediately greeted me. I had the opportunity to tour Elysian at Sunset, and I was extremely impressed with the property. Jobanni guided me through the tour, providing excellent insight into the community and its amenities. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience informative and enjoyable. Elysian at Sunset offers a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a new place to call home.
UPDATED Review> the new property managers are doing a great job. They are working with everyone to make are living experience way better and i have to say it makes me happy to see them working hard. The new staff is really nice and we are planning on staying here another year. Thank you.
I’m giving this 5 star because of Jody the maintence guy. He always takes care of anything we need done to the apartment and does it efficiently and knows how to get around things that seem unfixable. He has gone out of his way to find my misplaced packages and even my lost wallet he came to find me when I had dropped it in the parking lot. I could not imagine if Jody wasn’t part of the team thank you again.
