New management has been great!
Editing my review down to a 1 star after living here for over 2 years. -Amenities/outdoor areas are not great or well maintained considering the monthly “resort fee”. -Units look nice but are poorly built(I had several major maintenance issues considering it was a new build). -Old/New Management is a mess and I’ve tried for 6 months to get my security deposit back. -Security issues- several apartments were robbed when I first moved in, cars were getting stolen from the gated lot, packages were getting stolen, etc. Lived here... read more

Currently residing at this location. The amenities are really nice. 24 hr pool, jacuzzi and gym. This gym is pretty spacious and really clean. They have a latte machine, pool table and arcades in the main building. They even have a nice waiting room for you to catch an uber to see out the window. I like the shaded parking who are all resident here not specifically your own spot. I think that's a nice touch. Right off the freeway of the 215.
