Jobanni and Zack are amazing. I’m moving out for the first time and they were so helpful. I didn’t know where to start in regards to move in fees, insurance, and everything. They were so patient and actually wanted to help. Jobanni even measure the carpet so we can figure out the size couch we needed. Zack helped us get in the unit to measure what we needed. They’re amazing!
Had a great experience here! Staff was so nice and answered all questions. Jobanni and Zach helped make the experience so smooth and was quick to help with any questions or concerns.
Jody was great, came over in five minutes after I reported an issue with my lock not working. Excellent customer service at this place!
I've lived here a few weeks and happy so far. Zack and Jobanni made the move-in process smooth. They were approachable and knew the answers to my random questions and requests. Any issues I've noticed have been resolved quickly with an in-app request or phone call.
I was with Elysian at sunset, stayed over with Envision at Sunset. Customer Service! is huge!!! Jobanni and Zack are on it, they take good care of current residents, new prospects and people. Huge customer service! Very happy with them and the company!!
