Don’t live here - The good reviews are from people who have just moved in and haven’t fully experienced this place. Management will violate your lease and then dodge your complaints or any documentation. They ignored my AC repair requests for 5 weeks, and recently sent a random person to my apartment with an access code to let themselves in for a self-guided tour without my consent or knowledge (while I was home).
Lived here 7.5 months. This is the 14th apartment complex I've liven in, and feel it's the best value of any place I've ever lived. GOOD *at price point*: -Units very good. -Gym AMAZING. -Sauna and steam room actually work (AMAZING). -Pool area very good. -Gaming/lounge room very good. -Communal area quality AMAZING. -Cleaning crew is very good. -Management very good. Blown away by this place. It’s amazing. If the property itself isn’t impressive enough, the staff is just that much better. Leslie D, Ebony, Jose, and Pete are all amazing and caring individuals with staunch dedication to their residents.
