The overall experience is great!
I had Chantal clean my teeth for the first time Today. She was: gentle, considerate, and so Reassuring that my loose tooth would NOT FALL OUT during the cleaning.I was even given A pillow so , for the first time, my arthritus did not act up.I cannot say enough wonderful Comments about her. As usual, monica was Fantastic!!& i'm so thankful for Dr.Rubebstein Bonding my tooth so it would stay in awhile Longer. (Without an appointment). Visits to the dentist are never pleasant. Dr. Rubentein's team however always manage to make it very smooth! The whole staff is always very kind and careful.
Dr. Rubenstein and his staff are simply the best from the front of the house to the back. It's a professional service with a personal touch. And, Dr. Rubenstein always has great tunes playing throughout the office - bonus!
My trip to DrRubenstein's office was stress free due to the fact that the good dentist takes time to talk & laugh with me. I have great confidence in the hands of excellent assistants an very competent office personnel who can brave the mysterious insurance company's billing demands.I have healthy teeth to go with my big smile.
