I've had several visits to this office and they run a tight ship - I don't find myself waiting around in the lobby or in the chair. I also feel that everyone who puts their hands in my mouth is well trained and knows what they are doing.
Excellent care, everyone in the office is just fantastic. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and the patience of the Doctor and staff. Dr Rubenstein and his assistants made me feel comfortable and relaxed.....he's great. I'm extremely happy my sister recommend him.
This is a great practice. I am always seen right away and feel that I get great care whether it's a cleaning, exam or getting advice. I have noticed that my hygienists do not introduce themselves nor attempt any small talk which would be a nice to have - but doesn't diminish the overall experience.
I have been a patient for almost 2 decades and have nothing but wonderful feedback for them....always greeted warmly, extremely competent hygienists as well as Drs. Cohen and Rubenstein being so thorough and methodical. I actually don't dread coming so I can say hello to all the really nice and helpful staff there.
The Ad in the SM Daily Press is correct: Dental Care without Judgment. Very impressed and grateful to be under Dr. Rubenstein's care.
I love the new booking system to make appointments. Celeste did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth!
