Wonderful place and people. They helped me when I called in a panic about a stray cat that needed emergency medical care. Got me right in as soon as I walked in the door and took care of the cat. Recommend them to everyone.

We love Dr. O'Roark and all of his staff. We can't say enough good things about them. They've been patient, informative, sincere and caring from the very first phone call and visit with both us and our dogs. They've helped us get one dog healthy & strong and helped us deal with the loss of another. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough to say.

I am quite befuddles by my first personal visit. They are very welcoming when I first arrive and they seem to like my dog, however I am paying for an office exam when they did not do a very thorough exam and I felt rushed as well. Here, give us your money and get out is the feeling. Then they give me an estimate of nearly $500 just for a small lump to be removed from her neck?! I am absolutely overwhelmed and outraged.
