Great location, staff a super nice, safe, the Juliet balconies are awesome, the day room is great The pool and Jacuzzi are a highlight however the pool has been freezing ( not heated) for 6+++ month making it typically closed. The Jacuzzi is allways cold hardly ever working, the owner apparently dosen't want to pay to repair it, the Jacuzzi is closed about 50% of the time months on end at times, it looks great but it's cold at this stage it's just for show form potential tenants, would be 5* of the pools/jacuzzi wasn't clos... read more
Unfortunately, they let drunk teenagers throw parties in the parking lot on the weekends and take up the spots residents pay for. Security is practically non existent. Lets not even get started on the 2 elevators that they can't keep going more than a few weeks before a breakdown.
Drew gave me a tour yesterday and it was great! I loved his professionalism and friendly nature . The place is really awesome. Great community vibes. Great opportunity to meet neighbors with the lovely amenities featured .
The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous. They are supposedly out of parking spots inside and in the back gated parking area so you will have to park in a parking lot across the street. They allow people to leave their cars abandoned or with expired tags in the parking lot for months. They put a "warning" sticker on several of them THREE WEEKS AGO and then proceeded to do nothing about the violations. One black car has been sitting out there for at least 4 months with windows smashed out and they do nothing. On Friday ... read more
