This is my first month at Ely on Fremont and it's everything I expected it to be. I've wanted to move downtown for a long time and to finally be able to move downtown I'm glad I chose this property to live at. The office staff has been very professional and friendly and the tenants have been very friendly.

Living here has been a complete nightmare. I’ve been here 3 years, it was great at first but since the new mgr, Cindy came in in January of 2025 it’s been horrible. It’s so dirty, it stinks, no pool chairs, tenants have to bring their own towels to lay on or their own chairs, the clubhouse is so outdated. The elevators will break down once a month. This apt complex has been ignoring my calls and emails, placed me on collections when I never rented from them. I am writing because I recently noticed a collection account from your company listed on my credit report. I am confused as I have never owed your company any money nor have I rented from your property. I request that this account be removed from my credit report with all credit bureaus otherwise I will file with Nevada housing board a complaint,
