Please stay away for your safety and health! Homeless are allowed to roam the hallways, drug dealers dealing like crazy and management could care less! Tried contacting the regional manager since the onsite manager said to do so about my exit!! No response!! My apartment was right next to a neighbor who never picked up her dog poop on her patio and made my apartment stink! The test is to see if you will provide a genuine response to what my. experience was that you’re so sorry to hear about. I’ll be patiently waiting for your because now I’m curious.
This place used to be a good place to live. It has went wayyyyyy down hill. There are constantly security issues including homeless people and meth heads breaking into cars. A few cars have been stolen in the past 6 months. Last night someone tried to steal my truck. (see attached pictures). I know that this is a problem in many communities in Vegas but the difference is that management doesn’t seem to care to hire a permanent security guard. Paige was absolutely fantastic showing me around and finding a home that’s perfect for my lifestyle. The complex was very clean and up to date. It has all sorts of great amenities and the units were very spacious and have a great floor plan
