I am currently a resident at this property and I just wanted to give a shout out to Sairy and Paige for how helpful they are whenever I need something. The property is clean and maintained and had a good price point in comparison to other Elysian properties. My apartment is conveniently located and I have no issues with my neighbors. Love living here
We are so happy to be here. We love our new apartment, so do the fur babies. This complex is nice, the staff are genuine. The amenities are amazing. As an Artist, this space is very inspiring. ELY is also right in the middle of shopping and the public transportation.
Low quality and high price We rented about 10 months
DO NOT RENT HERE. There was a murder here. I heard screaming in the 100 unit area courtyard through my balcony facing the courtyard and then glass breaking and then gunshots and then later they made an announcement of a double suicide murder.. My car and several other cars got broken into. They know of this issue and don’t have cameras or security that properly patrol. They don’t do anything about it. Paige and Sairy do not do their job.
