My daughter and I went into the Columbus Indiana office and filled out all necessary paperwork. The staff seemed polite and professional in front of us. It seemed all was going well until some individuals were asking about aquiring jobs at Cummins. The staff waited until they left and began belittling, insulting and making fun of them. They don't respect people. They have some very bad things. Especially the Mexican woman named julia she's at ingram. That woman not only she's racist but she's never been to school before. She doesn't respect people. She thinks she's got the paradise. They don't pay nicely. It's not a good stuff. If you are black and if there's a Mexican reporting you over there, they'll termine your job. They don't treat black workers nicely. They have no manners. Especially julia that woman has no manners...

They treat their mostly black workers very poorly. They pay minimum wage or a few cents above it. They have very bad job assignments. One assignment we were told we had to park two miles from the job site and then walk beside a busy intersection the rest of the way. They use threats and fear tactics against their workers to get them to show up and behave. It's awful. I would rather be homeless than work through these people again.

I've worked for 4 temp agencies in Boise over 6 years. This is the one that keeps me working nearly full time year-round and has the best management. They have the best working employees I've worked with in Boise. They are called Elwood now but are the same great temp agency.

This place is not very helpful at all. I went in and was told I'd be making 11$ an hour and my start date would be known after my background clear. Once my background checked out they said it would be making the amount they had quoted me nor the hours they had said at first. I went ahead a told the job which was more like a sweat shop then a job with not breaks and rude and disorganized team leaders. ther unprofesional ,put in positions that are dead end jobs promising you will be hired and only working you one or 2 days aweek,calling you off work with no interest in your financial position. moving you from a full time position to part time telling you its better opertunitys when in fact thy cant keep position filled for lack of work.i do not recoment this temp service

I don't like the fact that they send other businesses to the Work Number for references on previous employees. It is bad to make business pay for these references, especailly from a business that also calls for references from other companies.

Unprofessional, bad attitudes, poor work ethics are all obvious values encouraged by ADD Staffing. Save time and frustration and do not go here.
