The people were friendly but the portion of corned beef for $13 dollars was a joke.

The food was so so...fries were greasy, not crisp and the burger was pretty small for the price. The good was that we were able to get in on a game day, so were thankful.

First time going - 8/11/17. Ordered the french onion soup, and a black bean burger. Both were excellent. We sat at the counter and talked briefly with the waitress who was extremely busy but friendly and funny! It was 1 hour before the Tiger game and the place was packed , but we left full and happy. Will definitely be back.

The food was good but pricey. Beer is cheaper than Comerica.

It was perfect for what we were wanting. Got there early before a Tigers game, grabbed a couple of drinks and shared an appetizer. We sat outside so great place to people watch.

I thought it was a good experience. Found a shaded picnic table outside and had a bite before the soccer game. My burger was good and my wife enjoyed her grilled cheese. The fries were a little lifeless but I did enjoy the watermelon. Our server was attentive and cordial. I've been there before and I'll go again when the opportunity presents itself.

Elwood's has become our before the game ritual! The food is always great, service with a smile and even with them being crazy busy, never seemed to have an excessive wait. The prices are reasonable even on game day. Tried the Veggie Grilled Cheese this time with artichoke, spinach and askago on whole wheat~perfection!
