Dr Ramirez is the best! He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. He made sure my insurance covered the procedures and went over details to inform me in case there were any out of pocket expenses. He’s got great hands, I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the procedures he did. Overall, I had a great experience and the whole staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Dr Ramirez and Dental Care at Bents Landing.

I would say stay away because the billing department is the worse. I had to wait a year for a refund they owed me and then there was the time they billed the wrong dentist twice and it took a year and a half for them to get it correct. The insurance company denied the correction and instead of calling me to tell me of the situation they sent me to collections for their error.

I took my Seventeen year old daughter to Dr. Rameriz and was truly impressed by his welcoming manners, and ability to explain exactly what he was doing. He makes you feel comfortable, and I believe he sincerely cares about his patients. I would definitely use Dr. Rameriz as my family Dentist. I also was impressed by his staff, they were extremely helpful and polite. A++ Dentist.
