Do not stay here. Dirty doors, broken safety lock, cockroaches, broken and stained furniture, medications and food left on floor under couch, disgusting stained blanket, no kitchen cleaning supplies. Told owner about dirty floors, broken lock, towel left on floor in dining area and rubbish on top of wardrobe but they didn’t seem interested and after we came back they had only removed the medication/food off the floor. A generous 2 stars. We stayed in late May and felt quite uncomfortable. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room had a musty smell and when using the bathroom basin there was a yucky smell - we think due to mould. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I'm 63 yrs old lady escaped family violence and I was put in the Dirtyis motel ever It was disgusting I stayed the night was to scared of the dark to leave I left in the morning Emergency accom ok But people in need deserve better accommodation this was disgusting

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Communication from the staff was poor, and it often felt as though guest comfort and satisfaction were not a priority. Instead, the focus seemed to be primarily on financial matters. Additionally, the reception staff were not respectful or welcoming, which further affected my stay. Based on my experience, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
