Filthy walk in door and it smelt very bad and I had to fix toilet as soon as walk in there because broken. Bathroom was dirty and towel rack hanging off walk and light hanging out of roof in bath room In main area lights flicker one light hanging of wall and turn heat pump all smelt like it was going to catch on fire opened it looked like hadn't been cleaned since brand new so I cleaned it because has to stay here for 6 day so I cleaned it then got a bottle of bleach because wife didn't won't to shower because it would filth... read more
Location was ok. Thats all the positives. Staff had no care with check in or check out. The room was filthy with mold, dirt, dust, stains and spider webs. The glass panel between the bedroom and bathroom was partially cracked and kept making 'settling' noises. Stains on towels, bedding and the carpet. Dirty cutlery. Mold on the shower head. There is a lot of potential for this place. A few things didn't work but they were always on willing to help. The beds were good. Probably best night sleep in a while. Don't expect too much out of this place.
Terrifying. We chose to stay here as we were visiting family close by and not a lot of option in this area! Big mistake. Majority of people staying here are long term residents and it looks like a half way house. Drug deals happening in the car park, overdosed woman laying on ground, a massive brawl with screaming, shouting and cars hooning through. We left within 3 hours and had to find alternative accommodation 30 mins away. I have never felt more scared staying anywhere in my life and I’ve stayed in a ghetto area in San F... read more
