I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I’ve been seeing the team for over a year for my rosacea and other treatments, and I trust them endlessly. Every single visit feels supportive and welcoming, from the friendly front desk to the treatment rooms where the team truly cares. A huge thank you to Amy, Ella, Anna, Gretel, Michael, and Karli for giving me my confidence back. I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done.
Worst place ever....run by under qualified high school kids with fake lips. Have not seen any doctor on-site. Haven't had any improvement with my skin in the 1 year I've been paying for services. DO NOT waste your money.....
I don’t usually write reviews, but I honestly felt like Eltham Cosmetic Clinic deserved this one. From the moment I called to make my appointment, I was so impressed. The team were warm, patient, and immediately made me feel at ease. This is my first time getting a "treatment" so i was nervoise but the team really helped me feel settled and supported. Speak to reception to advise I’ll book then get asked for $100 deposit despite me being adamant about wanting appt desperately…. Still such an importance I paid 100 so I did then hours later get dr zoran phone to say likely he cannot help with false doubts etc therefore I cancel and also told instantly money back deposit . 24 hours later still nothing in my account.
