Will not tolerate rude reception desks and will change doctors because of it. We are asked to be patient and courteous. We as CLIENTS expect the same.

Have always found the staff and doctors pleasant and helpful with over 40 years experience with this clinic. Have tried alternatives but not been persuaded to change. Thank you for the great service you deliver every time, even when I’m occasionally late or forget.

I have been attending for close to 20 years, and always found the treating doctors to be professional and caring, and the busy reception staff to be helpful and efficient at their job. A few doctors have retired in recent years after long periods of service to the community, but readily replaced by highly trained doctors. I read the other reviews and think that, all during the pandemic and with the radical changes in public health, you could not ask for more from these front line workers.
