I'm always happy with this place, they are always pleasant and efficient. April is a wonderful, cheerful and helpful person. She was so helpful and kind and really makes the whole experience feel comfortable as if ur around family instead of staff.
The entire team was so great!! America, April, and Dr. Rafia, were lovely and very helpful throughout the entire experience.
I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time but I I finally decided to try again when I saw Elston Dental in the Elston Plaza. Everyone was very helpful and very communicative. Doctor Rafia was very efficient and the whole process didn’t feel dragged out. Special shout out to April who assisted with taking X-rays and my cleaning. She made me feel very comfortable and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable the entire time.
I had an appointment today for a cleaning and it went well thanks to the dentist and her assistant Diana and I can’t forget the lady at the front desk she explained everything to me as far as what I have to get done coming up I just appreciate all the help from them.
Amazing staff, very pleasant experience!
