Everything was so fine until today! First appointment at 10:30 am they have a lot of people.at the.same.time..I.think Until 12:09 they.start.working.on.my.first.son. The.second.appointment.was at 11:15am...its.12:36pm and.nothing! We are just.here. waiting to.be attended..I.think.there's only one.dentist...even do.we only.came.for.the. cleaning and check up..after..6months....anyway. its the first time this happens. :(

My daughter has been coming to Kool Smiles since she was 6 months old. Never had a problem and the staff have always been helpful and polite. I hear horror stories about this company, but really never seen or experienced anything bad.
Very upset. I had an appointment and my kids were not seen until about 1hour and1/2 later! We were there for 3hours! By the time my babies were seen they were so fustrated,sleepy and hungry. Other parenrs were also very upset. I don't understand what good appointment times are for. It's ridiculous! There weren't even many patientts either so the long wait was not explainable.����
There is great help and all the people are nice
We had an appointment today 12/19/14 @9am, as soon as we arrived we were welcomed in and the staff was really polite and friendly I would definitely recommend KOOLSMILES to all kids and even adults!! Thanks again for making it a happy visit!!
Today I was at kool smiles it was wonderful how they the clean my teeth and how the staff was amazing.
