My daughter was seen by Dr.Turner and his asst Lisa. Their customer service was great. Both were very polite and helpful. My daughter was very comfortable with them. I would recommend our Weslaco Kool Smiles office for your children.

Fantastic customer service! Front-desk staff was very helpful in finding out if my Dental Discount Plan would be accepted. Staff was friendly and able to fit in my procedure at the end of the day even though it resulted in them staying late. Great customer service from front-desk staff, Lisa, the dental assistant Jesse, and Dr. Turner. I would definitely recommend.
I usually do not like areas like this, especially since I always thought a dentists office was quite like a doctors office, and I do not like the doctors office. I've come to this place about three tines already and I absolutely love it. I just really enjoy the process they go through on an annual look.
