I was a patient at KS and the staff was very professional. Dental assistant Isabel was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Kool Smiles. Great experience.
Awesome experience! Didn't feel uncomfortable at all! They're always very helpful with tips on taking care of teeth. I recommend this clinic! My doctor was Dr. Kim and assistant Diana were amazing!
It was my first time going into this clinic and I have to say my appt went great. All the staff was very polite. Dr Kim and the assistant Edith took their time to explain and answer all my questions. Overall I had a great experience and was very satisfy with the service.

My experience @ Kool Smilez on Cander Road in Decatur GA was horrible!! The supervisor "Toy" who wouldn't give me her real name stated that I couldn't go to with back with my 6 yr old daughter who was getting surgery bc i had two disable children with me at my time of visit. Stating "I need to go find a babysitter for all my kids." She's was very unprofessional and out of line. She needs to be repremanded. She has no kind of sympathe with me being a single parent. And not to mention we've coming to that location for 3 years.... read more
