do not go when dr jv is there...he just wants to use bandaid have u return on Monday, front office lady lilian needs someone to relieve her...she hates Saturday working,, that is all we heard in the lobby how hated her job.
My grand-daughter was seen by the people at this office and they were amazing. I was very satisfied with their service and patience! The hygenist was very sweet and playful with the kids and the doctors were great too!
Kool Smiles - Laredo-Zapata did awesome with my 3 year old daughter. She enjoyed it and loved her hygenist (Janette) and Dr. Iqbal and Dr. Karahroodi. We had no problems at all at this office! Great staff and teamwork!
My experience at kool smiles was(Zapata hwy) great Dr.Karahroodi was great with my son she explained every step n he enjoyed his visit. Thank You to all the staff.
I was VERY dissapointed with this dentist office. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally sweet upon arrival and I had no problem with them whatsoever. Was there to have my almost 2 year old son's first dental checkup. Once taken back my opinion completely changed. Being crammed in a tiny room with 6 other patients was weird, everyone knew everything going on with every one else, the staff/dentists were not friendly and not good with children which was surprising considering it is a pediatric dental facility, they roug... read more
