I had a great experience today. My children had lots of fun and the doctor and staff were friendly and professional. Office was clean and organized and I could see that everyone worked very well together! Will come back soon!
My first time going, and the experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly, which made the visit enjoyable for my kiddos. One Dental Assistant, Micqueal went over and above to ease my children's nerves about dentist visits.
This visit was great even though the wait time was a lil while the dental assistant Micqueal showed my daughter everything that was going to happen with getting fillings thanks Micqueal for being patient and kind!
I want to thank miss Joyce for all her help. She was really nice. She took the time to listen to me when I was speaking with her. The lobby was really loud, but the back was much calmer. I enjoyed the visit we had at Kool Smiles.
Brought my son for his 6 month cleaning and x-rays Janie did a awsome job explaining to me what they were going to do. She also did his sealants will be returning back here. There wait time was a little long but everything went great
When you step in the doors you can feel the friendly atmosphere. The staff is always prompt and polite. One staff member Janette is really great with the kids. My kids always relax when they see her. Very family like atmosphere.
Thank you so much Shauna, Renee, Joyce & Brandy for making my girls dental experience such a blessing. For the first time I didn't even have to hold my four year old daughter in my lap during her cleaning. Because of the compassion and care y'all expressed my girls had a beautiful experience. Definitely sure that I have found our new home for Dental care. It seemed a little busy today, but all of the staff was very professional. From the moment I walked in, Chelsea greeted me and did a very good job explaining everything to me. This was my child's first time in a while being seen and Leticia did a great job at making her feel comfortable when taking her to get her x-rays. Nis and Dr. Patyal looked at my daughters teeth and did a very good job at keeping her calm. Great team work ladies!
My kids were scheduled for sealants and Ms Janie was there dental assistant for the procedure. She was very nice and quick she explained what and what not to eat after getting them done.
