I came in for my hygiene appointment and the staff was great. Lupita was polite at all times. She explained everything to me. Aymee, the hygienist, sang really nice. Always in a great mood. Dr Kim was also very politive and explained everything in detail. Overall, my experience at Kool Smiles was awesome.

Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and Maria was very patient and understanding with my daughter!! Staff was friendly and environment was welcoming!!!

My nephew had a wonderful experience. The girls were extremely courteous and Dr Kim is a great dentist. The visit was really fast and we were out in ni time.

Nice staff, very fast and clean. The only con was the dentist poking my daughter after she was crying with extreme pain due to a badly infected tooth. He kept poking after she told him to stop and ge didn't. I will take her to get her work done for 2 more visits. After that will look for a different dentist.

I very nice staff, edith welcomed me and explained everything then the hygienist aymee was very nice to my son and spoke to him so he wouldn't be scared

I highly recommend this dental office they are so nice and gentle with kids, my son was crying and the dental assistant ciara calmed him and gave him a prize then talked him through the whole procedure
