I only have good things to say about Dr Oms. I go there about 2 years now and always very professional. Office front desk is nice and helpful every time. Wait is avergae for medical office. I feel I have been helped a lot.

This doctor on more than one occasion "forgot" me in the waiting room - leaving before seeing me, billed for visits I didn't have & billed me for "missed visits" when I was seen. I have arrived for scheduled appts & been told I was not on the books & had to reschedule , forcing me to take another afternoon off from work , even though I had appointment card given to me by their staff. When reviewing my records Dr. Oms mentioned things that were not pertinent to me. Rx's called in wrong.

I saw her 3 times and each time was pretty quick- not in depth. She said "you should take as high as a dose as you can, then taper off"- the exact opposite of what I've always heard. She denied a prescription refill with no notification to me and never got back to me after leaving urgent messages with her, her office and her colleagues for OVER a week. I ended up going into withdrawal from my meds because of her lack of patient care! DO NOT BOTHER with this office- it is about the pills and $.

Fantastic place and Doctor! Maybe the reminders could be more organized and yes getting to them on the phone is impossible but I don't care. Very much worth coming here.

My prior review was removed. Dr. Oms was great-until she abruptly stop returning calls (her voicemail/the general practice voicemail/messages left at the front desk)- including a call regarding an EMERGENCY related to medication. CVS attempted to fax/call her repeatedly (they gave me 3 pages of documented attempts) to which she never responded. I am requesting my phone records to document my outgoing calls and their lack of response. I would NEVER advise ANYONE to use this doctor!

Do not see this provider!! This doctor is awful - she was so dismissive of my concerns/struggles and rather then explore my history, suggested I go into the hospital. I came in looking to explore new medications since the ones I had been taking were not managing my depression/anxiety effectively. She asked me what "I" wanted to take which blew my mind since I am not the doctor. She barely looked up to look at me when talking. She could not get through the session quick enough.

Dr Oms is a good listener and has a calm and caring aura. My daughter has taken to her. We are happy that she does not pill push and is most conservative with her treatment plan.

Worth every minute. This MD makes the frightening experience of going to a psychiatrist a calm and pleasant one. Beautiful, beautiful office! I tell my friends, you will like her...
