One of the absolute worst companies I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. Customer service is a complete joke. Have been dealing with an account I have had for 23+ years for a professional journal. This year they lose my payment. When called about the problem, it is up to me to prove I paid for the subscription. After doing that, I requested to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. Over 3 months and nothing.
