They file claims with your insurance and they use the old parts. They didnt fix the the vehicle correctly they left off several clips. They didnt even fix the scratches that they were paid to do. They didnt even want to fix all the damage that occurred but were happy to take the money. We had to take the vehicle back so they can put the clips they left off.
