I have gone to Dr. Elsasser for over 25 years. He has helped me and my family through some very painful times. Won't go anywhere else!
I have had horrible experiences with Tammy, the insurance billing person, for Dr Elsasser. It has been a nightmare for me that has taken months to get my insurance claims straightened out, submitted correctly and accurately. As I type this, I am having to work again with my insurance company to get a claim removed because I never had a session that she billed incorrectly to my account. Dr. Elsasser is highly educated and experienced. He has helped me naturally correct my neck, hip, and back pain. I love that I can make an appointment at the last minute and the staff is dedicated to getting me in so I don't have to wait with discomfort. They treat the patients like family and it is a very comfortable environment.
