Elsa is fantastic at what she does. She’s professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about her clients. No upselling, no wasted time… just great results every single visit. I came here for a treatment a few weeks ago for the first time and was making polite small talk with the owner when she made some extreme racist remarks about a specific minority- she is also a visible minority by the way- I was so shocked and uncomfortable. It was so unprofessional to ever in any situation share those comments, I’m only glad she did so that I know not to return and to not support her.
Incredible Piercing Experience - Received amazingly friendly customer service and great aftercare advice all in a clean and relaxed atmosphere. Super convenient location with ample parking. Highly recommend!
