Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

I was glad they were able to squeeze me in the morning I called as I had not been to this doctor before. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
