Visited store with a broken part in an attempt to see if Elrod Mobility could replace it. Person called and ordered the part. When I picked it up, it obviously was the wrong part. Attempted to return for a credit. Refused because employee said it was a special order. Special order was based on the facts he gave the supplier. I refuse to pay $** for a part that is incorrect. Elrod Mobility employee was extremely rude, in my opinion, when I returned to the store.
