In the past I had Robert W. Elrod Jr help me and he was very good, that was over 10 years ago. I returned for more help last year and although he did file my bankruptcy, the company ignored the final decree and Mr Elrod stated he would follow up and file an injunction against the company. It has been over a month and I still have not heard from him. I filed in September of 2016 and am still waiting. This is just not good business. I am sorely disappointed and will never recommend him to friends or family.
This law firm is great, they helped me through a very nasty divorce, highly recommend for difficult divorces. They do not waste your money, they are very honest up front.
Warning: Robert Elrod Jr. will take your money and not do much of anything to help your case. I made the mistake of hiring him and paying him in full, it was a lot of money for me. He didn’t complete or accomplish anything. He won’t return phone calls or e-mails. He has been less than helpful.
