RecommendedI definetly recommend this place for a few reasons: 1. I had called just a few hours before my appt to reschedule due to sitter conflictions. I ended up being able to go and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes of my original scheduled time. They were so pleasant even though I felt like I was being a pain. 2. Both the doctor and the employees were so nice. 3. When I said I was on a budget they understood and found me a really cute pair of Michael Kors glasses that were fully covered under my insurance. Recommendedverrry patient! my four year old started getting squirmy and bored with the exam.. she was so patient with him, that i lost my patience first! & with my exam... i am very uncertain until viewed a few times, was also so very paitent with me and so kind! in addition, i got my appointment day mixed up and came in on the wrong day and she squeezed me in so we didnt have to miss work twice, once for nothing. OUTSTANDING.
Dr. Elrich was very thorough and patient with my senior father with dementia and she and her staff were very professional. Much appreciated.
