Bad Customer Service - Elpaw Veterinary Clinic! Worst customer service! Don't go there.I called to schedule an appointment for new patient, and they were very rude!.. They even asked me to come to the back/side door with my puppy when all he had is coughing. She was not nice at all.
STAY AWAY!!! Pearce Tracy Dvm - Elpaw Veterinary Clinic is I called to get some general information. I was very nice to the receptionist (because I thought my dog might become a patient there.) The woman (who had an accent) didn't know if they had a web-site. She told me to call back tomorrow. ??? Friendly Vet. I've been taking my cats to this vet. for 2yrs now, and they have always been very curtious and helpful! The prices aren't outragious either... They also send friendly reminders by mail which I don't know about you but it really helps me out since I have such a hectic work schedule, so sometimes I tend to forget about scheduling the next appointment. I was recommended to them by the local animal shelter and also by a friend of mine who also takes her cat there!
