My experience was not great at all... All the arguing in front of customers and going back and forth after I believe the owner left was ridiculous!!! This will be my last time coming here!!! They was so in a rush to leave very bad customer service talking on the phone the entire time I been here unbelievable!!! The fact I drove from Columbia to Charlotte because I seen the reviews was great but never again!!!
I loved my hair.IT WAS absolutely gorgeous.
Elom provided such great professional customer service.they gave me a great hairstyle that was affordable and it looked great!

i can't speak for everyone else, but my experience and it was great. The team at Elom stayed until 2:30a finishing my hair. We watched movies and I sat there patiently awaiting my perfection. Bridgette is phenomenal. She insisted that I come back to retouch up the finishes and I just did that. I have had nothing but compliments since July 25th.
This is my first time going to this place and my LAST!!! My daughter and I went to fet our hair braided. My daughter got box braids and the top of each braid has an afro on it. The girl that braided her hair stopped when she got to the middle, took her purse and left. The braids look awful. Then they had another girl try to fix it. She just turned the braids over so that you could not see the hair that was clearly sticking out. I on the other hand got micros.... Lord have mercy. This place is horrible and they do not know how to style your hair. The do not wash or disinfect anything. They can not do hair I repeat save your money. I wanted crochet braids and every style I wanted they couldn't do it because my hair is natural. these ladies can not do hair and don't care about your hair. They will never see me ever again. I asked for fish braids and they look horrible. Don't ever go to this place. They can not do hair!!! Don't go to this place
