I bought a groupon voucher, booked an appointment through fb. Received a text confirmation for the appointment and showed early. When arriving I did not received a warm welcome instead I was told there’s no way I had an appointment. I asked if a text confirmation is sent when appointments are booked the lady answered yes. Instead of accommodating or offering another appointment she continued to try and tell me the appointment wasn’t set to the point where she began talking to others in the spa in Spanish about it. I went here with a Groupon some time last year and I remember having a positive experience, but it's really gone downhill. I received a facial this week and the woman used paper towels... I've never experienced this before. I have very sensitive skin and they were rough and cheap. I can't imagine it costs that much to invest in the spa towels you can find in any Long Island nail salon. So weird. But I guess you get what you pay for. They are nice enough, but they should really invest in the comfort of their clientele.

I cannot speak highly enough about the facial Theresa performed! I have never been so relaxed before! She was highly knowledgeable and was not just after money she helped me with my blackheads on my nose and told me it was better that I wait for my IPL facial when many other places would just be after the money! She was very knowledgeable, kind, gentle and sweet you definitely got your money's worth I will 100% be back and refer people here! Thank you so much!
Had microblading done today and the results were fantastic! Eloisa was professional and took her time. It was a very calm and relaxing experience. Definitely going back for eyelash extensions.
